The Mörike Quartier was built from a total of 12 exclusive semi-detached houses in a prime location in Bad Neuenahr.

All houses meet the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2016) applicable at the time of the building permit. For new buildings, the Building Energy Act (GEG) has applied since 1 November 2020. That was the statutory minimum standard at the time the building permit was issued, not a special feature.
