Your responsibilities

• Independently managing and delivering our turnkey construction projects
• Coordinating everyone involved on site – from subcontractors to the planning team
• Safeguarding quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness together with the technical project management
• Contributing to the tendering, awarding and management of subcontractor services
• Running the site organisation and actively finding solutions in day-to-day project work
• Working closely with project management, the technical office and controlling
• Helping to develop our processes and project standards further

What you bring

• A degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in site or project management in turnkey construction
• Technical understanding and a good feel for commercial context
• A structured way of working, a sense of responsibility and the confidence to decide
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of teamwork

Your responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating project-related processes on site and in day-to-day project work
• Supporting site and project management with administrative and organisational tasks
• Preparing, coordinating and following up meetings, handovers and acceptance appointments
• Maintaining, administering and structuring project and documentation records
• Communicating with clients, specialist planners, subcontractors, authorities and other project participants
• Supporting invoice and variation management
• Contributing to the improvement of internal workflows and project processes

What you bring

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• Ideally some initial experience in construction or a project environment – but not a must
• A structured, independent and dependable way of working
• Organisational talent and a genuine enjoyment of communication and teamwork
• Confident use of MS Office and digital working processes
• An interest in the technical and organisational side of construction

Your responsibilities

• Independently preparing quotes for our building construction projects in turnkey construction
• Determining construction costs – from the first cost estimate to a reliable calculation
• Coordinating the project team during the bid phase
• Developing alternative proposals and optimisations
• Maintaining our master data and bills of quantities

What you bring

• Civil engineer, construction technician, site manager or a comparable technical training with sound knowledge of the construction industry
• Experience with tendering and calculation software, ideally iTWO
• An independent way of working, reliability and assertiveness
• A strong cost awareness and a head for figures
• Knowledge of construction operations
