LIVE GREEN HOUSES

The urban residential quarter.

In the newly developed LIVE GREEN HOUSES quarter in Moers, a peaceful residential setting amid greenery was created on a plot of around 23,500 square metres, offering everything that matters for a high quality of life thanks to its central city-centre location.

A total of around fifty houses were built, along with a day-care centre, an apartment building with 25 condominiums and an apartment building with 11 rental units. The individually designed and stylishly appointed semi-detached houses offer, depending on the house type, between four and six rooms across 101 to 156 square metres of state-of-the-art living space. The ideally located garden plots range between 193 and 370 square metres in size.

Families with children in particular feel at home here right away. The nearest day-care centre, which was likewise built on the site, is just a stone's throw away on foot. Couples and singles, too, can fulfil their dream of living here and thereby create the perfect balance between working life, leisure activities and relaxation. The multi-generational way of life has also been considered. In the Quartiershof apartment building, homes were created in sizes ranging from 63 to 108 square metres. With six small furnished apartments, we meet the growing demand from commuters.
