LINDERHOF

Located in a central position in Heiligenhaus, the ensemble integrates itself carefully yet confidently into an established urban fabric. The two plots to the east of the town hall made it possible, through a deliberate accentuation of the corner situation on Hauptstraße and through the extension in the inner area on Linderfeldstraße, to complete a piece of the city.

The scale of the surrounding city centre deliberately led to a fine-grained appearance of the architecture. The plot's location on Hauptstraße made it possible to realise expressive, identity-forming approaches for the corner situation in relation to Hauptstraße, the town hall and St. Suitbertus church.

On the plot on Linderfeldstraße, the buildings orient themselves, in the organisation and design of the living concepts, towards the green, park-like inner courtyard. All floor plans are generously laid out, include at least one balcony/loggia per apartment and are, for the most part, barrier-free in accordance with the building regulations of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).

A total of 19 residential units and one commercial unit were created here on the ground floor of the property on Hauptstraße.
