HIMMELBLAU

With the Himmelblau project, a new residential area was created in the heart of Kempen-St. Hubert. Previously known as „Auf dem Zanger“, it describes an emerging, modern residential quarter in an outstanding location.

Thanks to several green parking bays, the residential area was developed as a traffic-calmed zone in order to ensure a quiet, undisturbed atmosphere in the garden and green spaces throughout the entire quarter. In the middle of the new area, a park with play facilities was created, bringing young and old together.

Our project consisted of a total of 6 construction phases and was developed with 42 semi-detached houses and 20 barrier-free condominiums. All houses and apartments meet the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2016) applicable at the time of the building permit. For new buildings, the Building Energy Act (GEG) has applied since 1 November 2020. That was the statutory minimum standard at the time the building permit was issued, not a special feature. Particularly appealing are, on the one hand, the surrounding pathways and, on the other, the generous terrace, which invites the whole family and friends to linger. The well-thought-out floor plans create spacious living areas. Clean lines and the design of the facade, in interplay with the coloured windows and the front door, convey a modern language from beginning to end. The homes were handed over by us turnkey, including all painting work and finished floors. Our fittings, with high-quality materials and neutral colours, radiate calm, order and relaxation. The new home creates harmony and offers a break from everyday life.
