Mixed-use quarter at the Glasmacherviertel.

Directly adjacent to the “Glasmacherviertel” in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim, the Tecklenburg company has built a lively mixed-use quarter on a plot of roughly 9,100 m². The project comprises various types of use: three groups of houses, each with 5 terraced houses and a living area of 115 m² each; two apartment buildings with 43 residential units consisting of 1- to 3-room apartments and a ground-floor zone with commercial units housing an integration office of the City of Düsseldorf and a driving school; plus a further commercial building block containing the Novum hotel chain with the “the niu seven” concept and an online supermarket concept.

Overall, the location is ideally connected to the public transport network. With its completion in 2022, the Heyestraße in its new splendour will enhance the Gerresheim district even further.
