On Schanzstraße at the corner of Isidorsteg in Sevelen, a total of four buildings (Buche, Eiche, Kastanie and Linde), each with two full storeys and a set-back top storey, are being built in several construction phases on a plot area of around 5,100 m². Each of the four buildings will have a total living space of approx. 810 m², with the individual apartments intended to have sizes between 55 m² and 110 m². 24 carports and 29 parking spaces offer sufficient parking possibilities on the plot. Construction can presumably begin in the 3rd quarter of 2017, so that the first apartments will be completed in autumn 2018.
