After more than 60% of all houses and bungalows were already sold in the first construction phase, we are launching the marketing of the second construction phase of our residential quarter Live Green Houses in Moers. 16 semi-detached houses with a living area of 134-146 sqm are being created. In addition, we are building the apartment building “Quartiershof” with a total of 25 modern, low-barrier condominiums of 63-108 sqm living area and an underground car park. All houses as well as the ground-floor apartments have their own garden with a terrace.
