In the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer, the Tecklenburg construction company is realising its latest project “Tulpen Quartier – Das blühende Leben” in the heart of the town. On Hubertusstraße, only a few hundred metres from the Kevelaer Basilica in the heart of the town, there was a family-run nursery. Spring bloomers were once cultivated here, including tulips, daffodils and snowdrops. On the grounds of the former nursery, a new residential quarter is being created: the Tulpen Quartier, with 22 turnkey semi-detached houses built to KfW 55 standard, with house sizes between 140 and 150 square metres and plot sizes between 250 and 410 square metres, in modern architecture.
