Tulpen Quartier Kevelaer – Subsidy of €26,250

In our new-build quarter Tulpen Quartier in Kevelaer, a total of 22 exclusive, turnkey semi-detached houses are being built. All houses meet the standards for a KfW 55 EE efficiency house. We achieve this precisely defined standard through a combination of various structural and technical measures, particularly in the areas of heating, ventilation and insulation. In this way, we combine a high level of living comfort with a precisely defined energy standard. PLEASE NOTE: Only until 31 January 2022 is it possible to receive a repayment subsidy of €26,250. This funding for energy-efficient new buildings meeting the KfW 55 standard will be discontinued by the German federal government at the end of January 2022.
