Tecklenburg staff on the road

Employees of the Straelen construction company on an information tour. After the last construction site tour in 2014, it was the wish of many Tecklenburg employees to undertake another round trip. Off they went on a Wednesday morning at 8:30. In front of the company headquarters in Straelen, a bus was waiting. 28 Tecklenburg staff set off for a construction site inspection. Excellently provided with packed lunches and chilled drinks. The first construction site headed for was the property at Kirchplatz in St. Tönis. At this location, 36 residential units are being built under the project name "Ahl Scholl"; the property will be finished by the end of this year. Swea Dechange, who is responsible for the sale of the apartments, presented the construction site to her colleagues. Afterwards, she invited them into her lovely sales office located directly opposite the church. The journey continued to Graf-Recke-Straße in Düsseldorf. There, Tecklenburg is building, as general contractor for the Protestant Church in the Rhineland, three apartment buildings under the project name "Kronengarten", comprising 28 residential units, two commercial spaces and an underground car park. At the construction site, site manager Tino Bücker and foreman Michael Schuh were waiting, who provided information about the property and the current state of the construction work. The third stop was at Jülicher Straße in Düsseldorf, where Tecklenburg realised the construction project "Petit Carré" with 59 residential units for the investor Wohnungsgenossenschaft Essen-Nord. Bärbel Trenkner, who as construction site assistant was on site almost daily during the fit-out phase, reported interesting details about the property and the construction process. Afterwards, the journey led to the new office of Tecklenburg Projektentwicklungs GmbH, which in September relocated its headquarters from the Esprit Arena to Graf-Adolf-Straße. There, Miriam Schöps awaited the travel group with canapés and cake, so that everyone was happy to take a little break. After this refreshment, the journey continued through the state capital. The next destination was Wormser Weg in the Eller district. There, Tecklenburg is currently building a self-service store (Netto), whose opening is scheduled for 29 November. Right next to it, a medical centre with a pharmacy is being built. Foreman Bernd Balkenhoff and Danny Thönes, employee of project development, presented the construction site. After that, it continued to Neuss, where the Straelen company realised the construction project "Zuckerhof". This was particularly interesting for the Tecklenburg employees, as the property had still been right in the middle of construction during the last round trip two years ago. Now the imposing property could be viewed in its finished state in glorious sunshine. All 20 residential units are sold and occupied. The last stop was in Hilden. At this location, the project "Kastanienhof" was created with 16 condominiums as well as commercial spaces on the ground floor. Sales employee "Wolle" Klein, who had carried out handovers with buyers shortly beforehand, took over the tour of the construction site including the viewing of the very appealing show apartment. After this eventful and informative day, the Tecklenburg staff stopped off in the evening at the Festsaal Permshof (Beterams) in Straelen, where a delicious buffet awaited them. There, a few colleagues who had been unable to take part in the round trip due to other appointments also joined them.
