The construction company from Straelen fills the new “Live Green Houses” district with life.
The new “Live Green Houses” quarter in Moers is filling up with life. 100 percent of the 73 houses and apartments have now been sold and found a new owner; around half of the buyers have already moved in and are lovingly furnishing their new home. Among them are many families with children, who are particularly pleased about the kindergarten built as part of the quarter development. On 3 November 2020 the time had come: at a proper distance, but with all the more joy, the Tecklenburg construction company handed over the kindergarten to the investor after ten months of construction. “We are delighted about the swift and smooth process. Thanks to the excellent planning of the project development and the execution by our architects and site management, the schedule could be kept despite the coronavirus pandemic,” reports Sales Director Sandra von Lobenstein. The operator of the kindergarten is the Fröbel Group, which will shortly move into the light-flooded, child-friendly premises. There is plenty of space for around 80 children. Fröbel’s concept relies on cognitive and creative early support through themed rooms and experience worlds in which the children playfully learn to explore the world and to make social contacts. Real children’s kitchens, in which even the very youngest learn to handle food carefully, music, playrooms with swings, sand and climbing options, creative rooms for crafts – the new kindergarten offers all of this to the children. In the beautifully designed outdoor area the little ones can really let off steam; a special highlight is the toy-car racetrack for future racing drivers. “I can’t wait to experience my daughter’s joy when she meets her new playmates for the first time,” says a father and new resident. “Where else is there such a gem in the middle of the city, in which people of the most varied ages and origins can grow together as a community, as here in the quarter?
