Tecklenburg has „excellent“ employees

Now that's a successful start to the new year! Two Tecklenburg trainees complete their vocational training with the overall grade „very good“. Viola Koblenz and Andrij Satskih may now officially call themselves industrial clerks. Both shortened their vocational training to two and a half years thanks to their good performance and were subsequently taken on by Tecklenburg in a permanent employment relationship. Currently, Viola and Andrij work in the finance department. It should also be mentioned that three Tecklenburg trainees completed their vocational training last year as well. Johann Harputluoglu and Hakan Erkis also successfully mastered the training as industrial clerks. Johann, just like Viola and Andrij, had shortened it to two and a half years, and he too can be proud of his final grade „very good“. For a year now, Johann has been reinforcing the project development department at Tecklenburg and is studying industrial engineering on the side. Hakan too was taken on in a permanent employment relationship after completing his training and today supports the sales department. The third in the group is Fabio Ribeiro, who completed the training as a real estate agent. He too was subsequently taken on by boss Hermann Tecklenburg and has since been working as a sales employee in the construction company. In addition, Fabio plays as a midfielder for the first team of SV Straelen. Another Tecklenburg employee who distinguished herself through outstanding performance is Bärbel Trenkner, who has been working as an assistant to the site management at Tecklenburg for almost five years. Due to a longer illness-related absence of a site manager, Bärbel Trenkner temporarily steered the fortunes on the „Live Green“ construction site in Moers last year and, without doubt, „held her own“. Hermann Tecklenburg therefore did not have to think long and honoured Bärbel as „Woman of the Year“ at the year-end celebration, which was acknowledged by her colleagues with rousing applause.
