Oer-Erkenschwick is home to around 31,000 inhabitants and lies just a few kilometres north-east of the district town of Recklinghausen.
In a central location in Oer-Erkenschwick, the Tecklenburg company is realising an inner-city local supply centre with apartments above it on a plot of around 9,550 square metres. On the ground floor there will in future be a Netto market, a bakery, and two further local supply shops – equipped with around 75 free parking spaces for customers. On the three upper floors, 20 modern residential units are being created with separate parking spaces for the tenants. The so-called “Stimberg-Quartier” is rounded off with six adjoining semi-detached houses as well as six terraced houses, each with a living area of a good 137 square metres. The well-thought-out floor plans create spacious living areas. Clear lines and the design of the façade, in interplay with the generous windows and the front door, convey a modern language from beginning to end. In close coordination with the town of Oer-Erkenschwick, a perfectly tailored commercial and residential quarter has thus been developed to secure local supply with a strong food discounter and complementary sectors for the coming decades. The plot on Stimbergstraße is located about one kilometre north of the town centre in the family-friendly district of Klein-Erkenschwick. In the immediate vicinity there are banks, a school, kindergartens, a pharmacy, various doctors' practices as well as numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. About one kilometre to the north lies the 50-square-kilometre local recreation area “Die Haard”. Whether hiking, walking, mountain biking or horse riding – the leisure offering in Oer-Erkenschwick leaves nothing to be desired.
