Tecklenburg builds in Kempen

"Auf dem Zanger" in St. Hubert, 42 semi-detached houses and two apartment buildings with ten condominiums are being built. Our gaze turns to the Lower Rhine's left bank – more precisely to St. Hubert, which belongs to Kempen and, with around 9,000 inhabitants, is the largest of four town districts in total. There, in the new-build quarter "Auf dem Zanger", presumably the last contiguous development area in the town, the Straelen construction company Tecklenburg is building 42 semi-detached houses with about 120 square metres of living space per house and two apartment buildings with ten condominiums each. The residential location of St. Hubert is distinguished above all by its good social structure and transport links. By car or public transport, cities such as Krefeld, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, and also popular Dutch destinations such as Venlo and Nijmegen, can be reached quickly and comfortably. Kempen's town centre, with its well-designed infrastructure, is also not far away. The town in the district of Viersen has established itself as a very important business and employment location in recent years. It benefits from its geographically favourably connected position and from population growth. Around 22,000 people live there. Also worth highlighting is the infrastructural provision in the vicinity of the project site. St. Hubert has good basic medical care as well as a broad range of childcare, education and dining options. In addition, Kempen's town centre offers numerous varied cultural and leisure opportunities such as the historic old town, sports studios, the Burgpark, museums and events such as concerts and cabaret in the "Forum St. Hubert". In Kempen's sports clubs, residents can do a lot for their fitness. In doing so, they benefit from a broad range of sports. As soon as the building permit is available, construction will begin "Auf dem Zanger". This is expected to be the case in the fourth quarter of 2018. > read original article
