Something is happening on Friedrichsfelder Straße in Voerde. Last week the site development works began on the plot where a modern residential quarter is being built in a central location. Planning is becoming reality – following the legal effect of the development plan, the site development works have begun on the building plot. The earthworks and sewer works as well as the construction of the site roads are now progressing, so that construction of the first houses can already begin in June 2023.
In total the project comprises 78 semi-detached houses as well as seven apartment buildings.
The first construction phase comprises 16 semi-detached houses and is already being marketed. Three different house types with sizes between 138 m² and 155 m² of living space are available to choose from, offering future residents a high quality of life. Completion of the houses is expected in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
In addition to the planned semi-detached houses, an apartment building with 19 apartments will be realised in the second construction phase. The individual apartment types stand out thanks to well-thought-out floor plans and are designed for the most varied living requirements. Sales have already started here as well.
The planned semi-detached houses will be equipped as standard with an air-to-water heat pump and preparation for a photovoltaic system. The eligible condominiums will be built to an efficiency-house standard. Connections for e-mobility, smart-home technology and photovoltaics are also planned. Green roof surfaces, private and public green areas and a spacious playground are also part of the quarter.
