In the LIVE GREEN HOUSES quarter in Moers, a quiet residential environment in the green is being created on a plot of around 23,500 square metres, which, thanks to its central inner-city location, offers everything that is important for a high quality of life.
In the newly created quarter, a total of around fifty houses, a day-care centre and two apartment buildings are being built. In the first construction phase, five low-barrier bungalows, two end-of-terrace houses, one mid-terrace house, four semi-detached houses and a day-care centre are planned.
The partly cellared houses offer, depending on the variant, three, four or five rooms and 101 to 136 square metres of living/usable space. The ideally located garden plots including the garages cover between 193 and 303 square metres. The house types are available in various fit-out standards, from turnkey fully equipped to partially equipped for those who want to lend a hand themselves.
Families with children in particular feel at home here immediately. It is only a stone's throw on foot to the nearest day-care centre, which is also being built on the site. Couples and singles too can fulfil their dream of living here and thus create the optimal balance between everyday work, leisure activities and relaxation. The multi-generation way of life has also been considered. In the two apartment buildings of the second and third construction phases, apartments are being created in sizes between 63 and 108 square metres.
