“Most beautiful view of the town, a dream”
Moers. When Hermann Tecklenburg is really enthusiastic, he says so without beating around the bush: “This is the most beautiful view of the town, a dream!”. During the tour of the former town hall on the castle park, the building contractor raved about how beautiful it will soon be inside as well. The large pictures around the construction site already give passers-by and visitors a good impression of what the 60 apartments will look like. But one thing is certain for Hermann Tecklenburg: “Everyone who wants to buy a condominium here absolutely must take this tour, there’s nothing better!”. During the on-site meeting with the Sparkasse board members Giovanni Malaponti and Bernd Zibell, Hermann Tecklenburg revealed: “We will build a show apartment as soon as possible so that every interested party gets a real impression of how beautiful it is here.” As a partner for the sale of the apartments, Hermann Tecklenburg has chosen the Sparkasse am Niederrhein: “Firstly, I am a friend of the Sparkassen and secondly, I always want to work with the strongest partner on site.” The building contractor from Straelen is having the old town hall building completely gutted. On a total of five floors, apartments from 69 to 157 square metres are being created. The special feature: “The owners can have breakfast on their east balcony and dine in the evening sun on the west balcony with a view of the park,” he says. Beneath today’s gravel car park, more than 90 underground parking spaces are being created, and opposite, Tecklenburg is building a completely new house with nine apartments. “The sightline from the town into the park remains completely free, but gets a really great frame.” Everything is to be finished by the end of 2018.
