The Tecklenburg company is developing and realising the Markt 8, 10 and 12 project. The location of Straelen has enjoyed a positive and forward-looking development in its recent past. It is not without reason that it is worthwhile for more and more companies to invest here. This is an opportunity from which entrepreneurs, but also the people of Straelen, benefit. For the Tecklenburg company, it is always something special to carry out a construction project in its own home town. Its commitment so far at the Straelen location clearly shows that it is part of our responsibility to actively help shape the future and the image of Straelen. Projects such as the „Markt Rose“ as well as the Rewe and dm store are just three examples that reflect this positive added value. As things currently stand, the newly planned residential and commercial building will comprise an underground car park with cellar rooms and car parking spaces, a commercial unit (around 469 square metres) as well as 16 condominiums. The usable floor space is around 2,259 square metres. A mix of one-, two- and three-room apartments is being offered, with living areas of around 36 to 103 square metres. Architecturally, the building is oriented towards the „Markt Rose“ as well as the present context of the Straelen marketplace. The new residential and commercial building thus fits optimally into the uniform image of Straelen. The resolution to draw up the development plan was passed unanimously in December 2018. The public consultation was subsequently initiated and has since been concluded.
