The Straelen construction company is building a residential complex with 26 high-quality rental apartments on Metzerstraße in the Derendorf district. At this point, the company Tecklenburg has already reported several times on interesting construction projects in Düsseldorf. One might add: after the successful completion of one such project comes the building of the next. That applies once again now. As a long-standing customer of Tecklenburg GmbH, the Breddermann real estate group is once again placing its trust in the capabilities of the traditional Straelen company and has awarded the contract for the construction of a residential complex on Metzerstraße in Düsseldorf. The building complex in the Düsseldorf district of Derendorf comprises 26 high-quality rental apartments with a size of 50 to 120 square metres of living space. All apartments will have generous balcony installations or a ground-floor terrace with a garden. The maisonette apartments on the top floor have an additional gallery level. On the street-side ground floor, communal areas and a spacious storage room for bicycles are being created. At the same time, Tecklenburg is building a new watertight underground car park with space for 36 vehicles. These parking spaces will be connected with an existing neighbouring garage to form a large garage. The contract was sealed with a handshake. Tecklenburg guaranteed the customary on-schedule and high-quality execution of the work. In recent days, the starting signal for the start of construction has already been given.
Day nursery in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim
Over the past 25 years or so, Tecklenburg GmbH has already planned and built a large number of kindergartens and day nurseries in North Rhine-Westphalia. Thanks to the know-how gained in the process, a further project development for a four-group day nursery in the Düsseldorf district of Gerresheim has now been launched. The Rhineland Regional Association (LVR) and the city of Düsseldorf have already given or signalled their approval. In four groups, the future operator – the Catholic parish of St. Margareta – will care for around 80 children, presumably from the 2018/2019 kindergarten year onwards. The day nursery is planned according to the latest technical specifications; it will also have a spacious outdoor play area. Accessibility as well as special measures for children with hearing and visual impairments are among the structural requirements and will also be implemented.
