The starting signal has been given! Things are moving in the "Marien Gärten" in Castrop-Rauxel. Development of the new quarter has begun. To celebrate this, on 17 March 2023 the future residents, project partners and the town of Castrop-Rauxel came together for a joint groundbreaking ceremony. New housing is being created in Marien Gärten – 34 detached houses and one apartment building are being built here. Anyone interested is welcome to contact us directly.
