The lively sounds of the celebrating people of Straelen echoed through the festively decorated commercial space of the Markt Rose. As part of the Moonlight Shopping event, Tecklenburg had invited guests to view the show apartment and presented many new projects. Presented were our special highlights: the apartment building Live in Cube in Düsseldorf, Live Green in Moers in the Schlosspark, the Schanz Höfe in Sevelen and, above all, the great new planning of Markt 4 & 6 in Straelen. Over one hundred and eighty guests viewed the last available apartment in the Markt Rose and were impressed by the first-class construction quality. In the background, a saxophonist provided a chilled atmosphere. The charming alley to the market, the atrium courtyard and the beautiful view over the old town make the property so exceptional. In the words of one visitor: „…you immediately sense the special atmosphere of the residential community, no anonymous apartment block“. Heartfelt thanks are also due to the residents of the Markt Rose, who welcomed the numerous visitors. Thus the sales team celebrated with the residents, visitors and owners until late into the night. The people of Straelen and their lively marketplace showed themselves from their best side; it was an all-round successful evening.
