"The Milestones of the Project Development"
In recent years, the town of Moers has developed into a very popular and attractive residential location for many people from a wide range of age groups. Above all, Moers benefits on the one hand from its geographically well-connected location and on the other hand from a positive population trend.
We recognised this positive trend early on and, after two already successfully completed projects, decided to invest once again in the Moers location.
The first discussions with the private landowners were held at the beginning of 2014. The corresponding land purchase contract was notarised in March 2014.
In parallel, the development of the zoning plan as well as the urban planning concept was initiated by us. The constructive and, above all, transparent cooperation with the town of Moers deserves particular mention here.
In December 2015 the necessary land purchases were made to enable a second access road into the new residential quarter. The remaining, formerly municipal areas were acquired in April 2018.
After almost five intensive and challenging years of project development work, the urban development contract was signed in May 2018 and the zoning plan became legally binding one month later.
With pride we look back on what has been achieved so far and are happy to be part of this positive, long-term development of the Moers location.
