New development area in Moers. Once again, Tecklenburg GmbH has succeeded in developing a modern new-build project on a plot in an excellent location in Moers city centre. On Teutonenstraße, in a quiet yet centrally located setting, around 50 semi-detached houses, terraced houses, bungalows and two apartment buildings are being built. A four-group day-care centre run by the non-profit operator Fröbel is also being created on the site.
