We spoke with buyer Rainer Nellessen…

To find out what exactly convinced Rainer Nellessen, we meet him in one of his new apartments above the rooftops of Straelen. Through the half-open door of the loggia one briefly hears the living sounds of the town coming up from the alley and the market square below, but they fall silent again immediately to disappear into the calm of the apartment. I think the living concept of “furnished apartments” is great and it fits the development of our time. The businessman Rainer Nellessen is a family man and father of three daughters, and places great value on beautiful and good living. A home in which one feels comfortable, that enriches and grounds – that is an attitude to life that Rainer Nellessen underscores with the purchase of the properties in the Markt Rose and, above all, was finally able to realize. “I had long planned to buy living space for rental in Straelen,” Rainer Nellessen recounts, and also that nothing had been able to convince him until the living concept of the Markt Rose came along. “My money is invested outstandingly well in this property and, moreover, the Tecklenburg company took over the initial letting, which was also a decisive purchase criterion for me,” recounts Rainer Nellessen, who travels a great deal worldwide for work and appreciates good living space. “I look forward to satisfied tenants in my apartments; the first one moved in recently and feels very much at home. That confirms me in my purchase decision and pleases me greatly,” Nellessen emphasizes, and he is right, because in the end it is the people who move in with their very individual life stories and give a house soul with their lives – the Markt Rose will be a truly wonderful home for them.
