The planned semi-detached houses come as standard with an air-to-water heat pump and pre-installation for a photovoltaic system. The first construction phase, currently under way, comprises 16 attractive semi-detached houses. Three different house types with living areas ranging between 138 m² and 155 m² are available and offer future residents a high quality of life. The houses will be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2024. Of these, 44% of the semi-detached houses have already been sold or firmly reserved. In the second construction phase we are building an apartment building with 19 units, in which our buyers can finance the condominiums with up to €100,000 from the low-interest KfW funding programme “Klimafreundlicher Neubau” (currently at an interest rate of 0.81%). The district heating supply for these apartment buildings is fed by 80% renewable energy; this figure relates to the heat supply alone, not to the buildings’ overall balance.
