Together into the future: The Geiger Group, a traditional family business from the Allgäu region with a success story spanning over 100 years, acquires a stake in Tecklenburg GmbH from Straelen, enabling the company to make a fresh economic start.
The Geiger Group, a renowned and well-known corporate group in the industry, has already been successfully active in the environmental and recycling sector in North Rhine-Westphalia for some time. It sees the federal state as a high-growth metropolitan area in which to expand its activities across its various business fields – such as project development, turnkey construction and timber system construction – together with Tecklenburg GmbH, thereby opening up new market opportunities.

The Geiger Group is also pleased to be able to preserve approximately 50 existing jobs through the acquisition. The traditional Allgäu company thus gains numerous new colleagues who are highly motivated and a good cultural fit for the group.
