With the new residential and commercial building, located directly on the market square and backing onto the historic parish church of St. Peter and Paul, a building in traditional attire with modern living space is being created. The entire building is being renovated with the utmost care and a sophisticated energy concept and is expected to be completed by August 2020. An attractive, low-threshold property with seven residential units of between 34 square metres and 110 square metres is being created here, with ideal floor plans that ensure a cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor, an ice-cream parlour will sell its tasty ice cream in the summer of 2020 and fill the outdoor area with life. The fit-out of the building and the apartments meets contemporary requirements and includes, among other things, two lifts, electric roller shutters, a doorbell system with video function, underfloor heating and, of course, modern fittings and sanitary fixtures. Is it any wonder that five of the seven apartments have already been sold to people from Straelen and those enthusiastic about Straelen?!
