With the “Markt Höfe” project, the Tecklenburg company is realising its third project on Straelen's market square, completing the townscape of the historic old town with this development.
In the heart of Straelen, a new residential and commercial building is being created with 17 condominiums, which stand out in particular thanks to the eponymous courtyards. These elevated atriums provide peace and privacy and are complemented by large balconies, loggias and terraces. In addition, a commercial space in the “Markt Höfe” will complete the Straelen market with a further area and contribute to a lively city life.
Construction is scheduled to start in October, with completion planned for June 2023. “The desire to live in the countryside, embedded in an established urban and social life, while being able to enjoy the comfort of very good infrastructure, makes country living increasingly attractive,” says the Tecklenburg company.
The large number of newcomers from cities such as Düsseldorf, Cologne and Duisburg confirms this trend. Thus, of the 17 low-barrier condominiums of the Markt Höfe, eight have already been sold well before construction began.
On Thursday, 16 September, the Tecklenburg company invites you from 2 to 5 p.m. to the event “Goodbye Tömpke… welcome Markt Höfe”. Here all interested citizens will be given the opportunity, before the buildings are demolished, to pick up mementos from the old cult pub “Tömpke” at Markt 8-12 and to find out about the new construction project “Markt Höfe”.
