As every year, Hermann Tecklenburg honoured employees at the year-end celebration who had distinguished themselves through special achievements in the past year. Man of the Year In the category „Man of the Year“, the choice fell on Norbert Naus. „Our all-round talent,“ as Tecklenburg described the trained locksmith, who is responsible in the company for all matters requiring manual skill. „Norbert ought to be cloned, because everyone needs a Norbert,“ said Tecklenburg, who attested to the honoree „very high commitment, great helpfulness and reliability“. Trainee of the Year of the Tecklenburg company „Trainee of the Year“ was Frederike Hinkelmann. The dual student is doing vocational training as a real estate agent at Tecklenburg and, in parallel, her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration at the IUBH (International University Bad Honnef). According to sales manager Sandra von Lobenstein, Hinkelmann is „an absolute team player, very ambitious, creative and has a fine sense for people“. „And she has already proven her sales talent too, by selling one of our apartments in the Sevelen, Schanz Höfe property.“ Awards At the year-end celebration, employees who have been committed to the company in various roles for many years were also honoured: Stefan Richardt (foreman, ten years at Tecklenburg), Jürgen Janssen (formwork carpenter, 15 years), Jennifer van Hoorn (structural draughtswoman, 15 years), Dagmar van der Sande (cleaning specialist, 20 years), Angelika Mülders (head office employee, 25 years) as well as Edgar Walter (head of project development, 25 years).
