A green island in the middle of the city
In the newly developed LIVE GREEN HOUSES quarter in Moers, a quiet residential environment in the greenery is being created on a plot of around 23,500 square metres, offering everything important for a high quality of life thanks to its central city-centre location.
In total, around fifty houses, a daycare centre, an apartment building with 25 condominiums and an apartment building with 11 rental apartments are being built. The variously designed and stylishly appointed semi-detached houses offer, depending on the house type, between four and six rooms across 101 to 176 square metres of the most modern living space. The ideally located garden plots range from 193 to 370 square metres in size.
