This year, too, Tecklenburg was again present at the Straelen Vocational Training Fair with a team of motivated trainees. A large number of young people were interested in the vocational training occupations of our company. The young Tecklenburg employees were happy to answer all the prospective trainees' questions on the broad topic of vocational training. Important here were not only the questions about the training occupation itself, but also the prospects after the training. Further education and advancement opportunities after the final examination are also important for career choice before starting a training programme. Since some of the Tecklenburg junior staff also complete a degree alongside their normal vocational training, we were able to provide comprehensive information. The great interest of all these young people lets us look hopefully into the future regarding new junior staff.
