In the presence of Moers Mayor Christoph Fleischhauer and the municipal deputy Thorsten Kamp, the groundbreaking ceremony for the „live green“ property took place at the end of March. In a prime location in Moers, 73 condominiums, two office or practice spaces and an underground car park are being built. The fittings of the apartments, ranging between 69 and 157 square metres and developed with great attention to detail, most of which are provided with two balconies, are characterised by a timeless elegance. The low-barrier condominiums create first-class living space. A major advantage for „live green“ buyers: the balconies of the former town hall are only counted at a quarter per square metre towards the purchase price. All those interested in the project can get an overview of the apartment fittings in the exhibition „Schöne Aussichten“ on the 5th floor of the town hall. Almost half of the residential units are already reserved or sold. This success is certainly due, besides the excellent location, to the appealing overall concept. The combination of living in direct proximity to the historic castle, in the shade of listed trees, and the geographical connection to the old town make living in this exclusive location so unique. The construction work is to be completed by December 2018 at the latest, so that the buyers can celebrate Christmas 2018 in their new home.
Living in the heart of Sevelen
Tecklenburg builds on Schanzstraße in Sevelen At last the time has come. After a successful planning phase, the construction company Tecklenburg will realise four attractively designed apartment buildings in Sevelen. On Schanzstraße, eleven residential units per residential block are being created, with a sufficiently large number of parking spaces. The new buildings feature a classic-contemporary architecture with clear forms. All apartment buildings receive two full storeys and a colour-contrasted set-back top storey. The residential units range between 55 and 95 square metres in size. The apartment mix envisages modern and bright two- to three-room apartments. „We look forward to another exciting project on the beautiful Lower Rhine,“ says Hermann Tecklenburg, boss of the Straelen construction company.
